Raintown Scores The Hat Trick

What a fantastic end to 2022 with Raintown scoring again making it THREE WINS FROM HIS LAST THREE STARTS, it was a pretty hot competition but when he switched it up a gear he found plenty and won a shade cosily. A lot of the other runners last week were in and out, we thought Hammock might steal her race on Thursday but she faded out. Sure there is a win in her somewhere. We stepped Dafyre up in trip on Monday and Thursday and she finished 3rd in both races, which was a good improvement on her previous runs. She might be small but she has a very big heart and tries very hard, so you can't ask for more than that.

Only one runner this weekend Hot Day lines up at Lingfield. He is in great form at home so think he could run a nice race. Not got many entries next week, Uther Pendragon is back to his bucking bronco self so see how he fares if he runs on Wednesday at Lingfield. He is entered with  co-owned by Wendy Jarrett; Wholelotafun. Not sure if they will run but both are well at home. Still a couple of VERY NICE TWO YEAR OLDS FOR SALE. Check out the latest photos of them are now taking shape and looking like precocious 2 year old types, we have a colt by Soldiers Call and a colt by Phoenix of Spain. Have a look at the pedigrees too, very nice indeed could be some good fun for someone next year.
