Big Weekend Of Racing For Us

Big Weekend Of Racing For Us

Really looking forward to this weekend and we have a busy one as they say. Kicking off tomorrow in the Ascot Shergar Cup Mile with one of the yard superstars; The Wizard of Eye. He ran a great race last time dropped to a handicap and we have high hopes of another big run from him under Tom Marquand. The staff will be watching at home on the edge of their seats and wish all his connections the best of luck. Sunday is going to be a tad manic with 4 runners lining up at Windsor; Tres Chic a 2 year old filly by Dandy Man is having her first experience on the racecourse, we hope she runs well as she goes nicely about her work at home. Havana Goldrush has his second outing this week, he ran well enough at Bath on Wednesday, pretty high in the weights still but is in good form. Mirabello Bay also lines up in the same race, he's in good form so be pleased if they both run a good race. In the last race of the day we run Hot Day, pleased with his last run could be a going day on Sunday for him. Fingers crossed they all run well and put up a good show.

We were very pleased with Birkie Boy on Wednesday when he ran a cracking race at Bath under Georgia Dobie he just got the door closed on him when he was producing his run, but still stayed on avidly to the line, surely going to be his time soon!

We have quite a few entered next week so hoping to get in the winners enclosure with one or two!

Great racing this weekend and Ascot Shergar Cup meeting is always a great watch.
