It’s been a great weeks’ racing at Goodwood so far with the very impressive CANFORD CLIFFS and KING TOROUS - Richard Hannon is keeping up a strong pace with his horses there. We’ve had just the one runner so far KINKY AFRO on Weds, she ran great, was third and finishing strong under a weight of 10 stone.  We are not too sure where to go with her next, perhaps to Turkey ?

We have two in the Nursery today, SIR LUNCHALOTT is in good nick and it’s his first run since being gelded.  SILENCE IS BLISS who ran well in the Superprint at Newbury, this is his first attempt at 7f and he could have an e/w chance.  We have three runners at Bath this evening, ONLYFOALSANDHORSES ran well at Lingfield last week and could go close. IGNORE THE ADVICE has run a bit free in his previous 2 runs so we will try him in a different bridle today and hopefully he will settle into his race a bit better. GREAT INTRIGUE runs in blinkers today and worked well in them at home.  If they work on the course he will run a big race.

CRAICATTACK has been sold this week, he has been a good servant and I am sure his new owners will have a lot of fun with him and win more races.  The yearling sales are just around the corner - doesn’t it come around quick ?!!  I will be at them all so anybody interested in having one or a share give me a ring.

On Saturday we run 2 in Nursery’s - both hot races but they will run good DANUBE DANCER (at Newmarket) having her first run since coming back sick from Windsor.  We have taken DANZIG’S GRANDCHILD (at Goodwood) back a furlong, she is in good form and has each way chances.  We also have two in the Nursery at Newbury on Sunday but like most of them, it is a pretty competitive race.
